To achieve a project as grand as The Statue of Equality His Holiness has envisioned the project to be completed in 3 phases. The site chosen for the project is next to the Jeeyar Integrated Vedic Academy (JIVA) campus and spans an area of 45 acres. It is truly an ideal peaceful, holistic and serene environment that is required for spiritual development. Construction has already begun on the Statue and its accompanying foundational structures.

Total Project Cost Estimate: $150MM

Erection of Sri Ramanujacharya Swamy's statue weighing about 1140 metric tons (2.5MM lbs). The statue will be installed on Bhadravedi (steps leading to the statue). A gold deity of Sri Ramanujacharya Swamy weighing 120 kgs (265 lbs) will be consecrated in the meditation hall. A unique musical fountain featuring Sri Ramanujacharya Swamy will be installed at the bottom of the stairs. Also included in Phase 1 is the construction of Hanuman Mandapam and Garuda Mandapam at each entrance.

Construction has begun for Phase 1 and the team is making excellent progress onsite. So far we have spent about $30MM on the Statue and Bhadravedi (steps and foundational structures). We need additional $30MM for completing Phase 1 that includes the Gold Deity, Meditation Hall, Musical Fountain and Hanuman and Garuda Mandapams.

Construction of 108 models of Divya Desams. This phase is already in preparatory mode and architects have been working tirelessly in researching and collecting data of various divya desams. 98 divya desams were visited and 12,000 photographs were taken to design the 108 divya desam models. Sketches of the mula murthis and uthsava murthis were prepared after visiting each divya desam. They prepared detailed notes about each divya desam's elevation and deities after consulting the local authorities and scriptures. This phase also includes compilation of online digital library.

The last phase is all about technology and exhibits. A grand hall will be constructed depicting the global leaders who stood for Equality. A place to experience peace in tranquil surroundings called Haritha Aramam will be constructed on the premises. Lastly an Omnimax theater will be constructed to depict inspiring historic incidents from life of Sri Ramanujacharya Swamy. All of this will be a multi-lingual self-guided tour.
